3. Who We Share Information With
We use trusted services to run our business. They only get the information they need to do their job.
- Stripe processes payments and tax calculation. We never see or store your full card number. See Stripe’s privacy policy at https://stripe.com/privacy.

- Service providers that help us run the business, such as tools that keep our purchase records, send our order and delivery emails, and automate those tasks (for example, Google Workspace and Make), and our web hosting provider. They only handle information on our behalf.
- Analytics and advertising providers, such as Google, Meta, and TikTok, if we use their tools on the Site, as described in the Cookies section.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the Site. We do not sell your personal information for money.
4. Cookies
The Site may use cookies and similar technologies. Some are basic and needed to make the Site work properly and to speed up page loading through caching. Others may be used for analytics and advertising. For example, we may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, and advertising pixels such as the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and the TikTok Pixel to measure how our ads perform and to show our products to people who may be interested. These tools may collect information such as your IP address, device and browser details, the pages you view, and whether you buy, and may share it with Google, Meta, or TikTok. Sharing information with advertising providers in this way may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under some laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act.
Where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent before using analytics or advertising cookies.
You can control or opt out of these tools in several ways:
- Change your cookie settings in your browser, or block or delete cookies. Some parts of the Site may not work as well.
- Use a browser or device setting that sends a Global Privacy Control or “Do Not Track” signal.
- Opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Manage ads from Meta in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and manage TikTok ads in your TikTok app privacy and ad settings.
- Opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance at https://optout.aboutads.info or the Network Advertising Initiative at https://optout.networkadvertising.org.
If we change which tools we use, we’ll update this policy.
5. Data Retention
We keep purchase records for as long as we need them for support, refunds, accounting, and tax purposes, which is typically 7 years. We keep newsletter email addresses until you unsubscribe. Messages sent to us are kept for as long as needed to help you. After that, we delete or anonymize the information.
6. Your Privacy Rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you and how we use it.
- Correct information that is wrong.
- Delete your personal information, unless we have to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
- Give you a copy of your information in a portable format.
- Stop using your information for certain purposes, or unsubscribe from our emails at any time.
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the rights to know, delete, and correct your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We don’t sell personal information for money. If we use advertising pixels, you can opt out of that sharing using the options in the Cookies section or by emailing us, and we won’t treat you differently for using your rights. If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or a similar region, you may also have the right to object to or restrict our use of your information and to complain to your local data protection authority.
To make a request, email info@moonglowcreatives.com. We may need to verify your identity first, and we’ll reply within 45 days, or sooner when the law requires.
7. International Visitors
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be transferred to and handled in those places.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our products are for adults, and you must be at least 18 to buy. The Site is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has given us information, please email us and we’ll delete it.

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
