These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules for using moonglowcreatives.com (the “Site”) and buying our digital products. The Site is run by Moonglow Creatives LLC (“Moonglow Creatives,” “we,” “us”). Please read them before you buy.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By visiting the Site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site or buy from us.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By buying, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
3. Product Description and Compatibility
We sell digital planners. Our current product is the Starry Night Digital Planner 2027–2028, a digital PDF planner designed for apps such as GoodNotes and Notability, or other apps that can open and annotate PDF files. Your purchase also includes a free user guide and bonus digital stickers and covers, which are linked from the user guide.
This is a digital product only. Nothing is shipped to you.
It is your responsibility to make sure you have a compatible app and device before you buy. We can’t guarantee that every feature will work the same way in every app, device, or software version.
4. Pricing, Taxes and Payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Sales tax or other taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location, and are calculated automatically.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. If you use a promotion code, it applies only as described at checkout and may have an expiration date or other limits.
5. Delivery
Right after your payment is complete, you are taken to a download page, and we also email you a download link at the address you used at checkout. If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us at info@moonglowcreatives.com and we’ll help.
6. License: Personal Use Only
When you buy a product, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for yourself.
You may
- Download and use the planner and user guide for your own personal use.
- Use the files on your own devices, and keep backup copies for yourself.
- Print pages for your own personal use only. Printed copies may not be given, sold, or shared with anyone else.
You may not
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or give away the files, in whole or in part.
- Share, distribute, or send the files to other people, including friends, family, groups, or communities.
- Upload the files or any part of them to any website, marketplace, file-sharing service, or cloud folder that others can access.
- Use the files, designs, layouts, or artwork for any commercial purpose, including using them in products you sell or in paid or sponsored content.
- Claim the designs as your own, or remove or change any copyright notice.
One purchase is for one person. If someone you know would like a planner, they’re welcome to buy their own copy. If you break this license, we may end your license and take action to protect our rights.
7. Intellectual Property
The planner designs, layouts, graphics, text, user guide, stickers, and covers are owned by Moonglow Creatives LLC and are protected by copyright and other laws. Buying a product gives you a license to use it as described above, but you do not become the owner of the designs.
Vincent van Gogh’s painting The Starry Night is in the public domain. The planner’s design, layout, and the way the artwork is used in it are ours, and are covered by this section.
8. Refunds
Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable, except when a file is damaged or can’t be downloaded. Please see our Refund Policy page for details.
9. Disclaimers
We work hard to make our products useful and well made, but they are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t promise that the Site or downloads will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the planner will meet every need or work in every app.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moonglow Creatives LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Some places don’t allow certain limitations, so some of this may not apply to you.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top. If you keep using the Site or buy after a change, you accept the updated Terms. Changes don’t affect purchases you already made.
12. Governing Law
Moonglow Creatives LLC is a limited liability company formed in Sheridan, Wyoming. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless the law says otherwise.
